Ania is a non-profit organization, founded in Peru in 1995, with the mission of ensuring that new generations grow with active empathy for life through initiatives that relate them to Mother Earth and empower them as agents of change for sustainable development.

To accomplish its mission, Ania promotes the inclusion of Mother Earth / Mother Nature as a teacher in the official education system of Peru and other countries. Who better than life herself to teach us to know her, love her and take care of her. This initiative was born in COVID context to help us raise empathy and life loving attitudes so new generations grow up in connection with nature and acknowledge all she offers and teaches us to adopt healthy and sustainable lives. Including Mother Earth as a teacher is an expression of appreciation and commitment to our planet and to the cultures and ancestral knowledge that care for and protect her.
